The accommodation :
Self-contained living space of about 140 m2 on two floors, joined to the owners’ quarters but completely independent.
Formerly a sheep barn, the south-facing house has been completely refurbished and sits on 10 acres of open land with an uninterrupted view of the surrounding countryside.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The layout of the house :
Ground Floor : private terrace with shaded bower, table with seating for 10 and barbecue leading on to the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen/dining room has a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 burner cooker, elex oven, hoover, blender and a large table which seats up to 10.
Off the terrace there is a double bedroom (140 cm) with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, basin, toilet and hair dryer.
The first floor can be accessed by interior or exterior stairs. The lounge has a television that gets all of the French national channels, a DVD player, a library, a wood burning stove (wood is provided) a sette, and a coffee table.
Off the lounge there is a double bedroom (160cm) with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a bathtub, wash basin toilet and hair dryer.
A further twin bedroom on this floor (90cm) also with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, toilet and hair dryer.
Accessible from the outside, an independent room offers twin beds (90cm) and a 140cm double bed on a mezzanine. It has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, toilet and hair dryer.
Just next to the house, for our guests’ exclusive use, a natural swimming pool measuring 13mx6m with a wooden deck loungers

The above services are provided by outside agents and payment must be dealt with them directly.
Rental season begins from the beginning of May and runs through the end of October
Minimum stay, one week Weekly rentals start on Saturday at 5pm through Saturday 10am.
High season July (except 1rst week) and August (except last week). €2500 per week (discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more)
Mid season 1rst week of July and last week of August. €2100 per week (discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more)
Low season May, 2 first weeks of June, 2 last weeks of Septembre and October. €1800 per week.
Deposit of 25% to be made at the time of booking, the balance due on arrival.
Refundable damage deposit €1000 payable on arrival
